Enquiries and requested updates

Phone, email and WhatsApp links open your chosen service. We use details you send, such as contact information, registration and postcode, to respond and arrange the requested work. Those services also process information under their own privacy policies.

The seasonal reminder form uses your name and email address to prepare a message in your chosen email app. You must send that email yourself; the form does not save your details to a website database or subscribe you automatically. The optional request is for two seasonal reminders a year: air con in April and battery checks in October. It is separate from booking and your consent is not required to use our services. To withdraw your request, email us with “Unsubscribe”. Contact us about accessing, correcting or deleting information, or how long we need to retain a particular record.

Website chat

The chat provides general service information and cannot make bookings. When AI replies are enabled, your question and recent messages are sent to OpenAI for processing. The application requests that responses are not stored by the API and does not save chat transcripts in a site database. Hosting and service providers may process operational data. Avoid payment details, passwords and sensitive personal information.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics is only loaded when it has been configured and you choose to allow it. Without your choice, this website does not load Google Analytics.

If enabled with consent, analytics measures page visits and contact-link clicks. Form contents, vehicle registrations and message contents are not sent as analytics events. You can reject analytics and still use the site.

When configured, your browser remembers your choice. Withdrawing consent stops future collection from this site; it does not delete information already received by Google. The hosting service may process technical request information to deliver and protect the website.

External services

Google, Facebook, WhatsApp, Yell and other external websites have their own privacy terms. Opening those links takes you away from this website. If you are concerned about the use of your personal information, contact us first; you can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.
